Is Pro AI Suite free?
Yes! Markdown, Text, and JSON exports are free with no limits, and AI Connect’s core feature — sending one prompt to Gemini, ChatGPT, and Claude at once — is completely free and uncapped. In addition, we freely provide you with the ability to copy your AI chats to send to Notion, Gmail, Google Docs, and Github. Premium adds the full template library, every developer export format, and the rest of AI Connect and Workspace’s advanced tools. Export as many Word and PDF files as you like, without any watermarks or restrictions.
Is my data safe? Does anything get uploaded anywhere?
We cannot and will never access your data. Everything Pro AI Suite does — exporting, searching, organizing —happens locally, inside your own browser. There’s no server processing your conversations and nothing is transmitted anywhere. When you get premium, there will be one narrow network call to our partner’s license API (to confirm & activate your purchase), but that’s it. Unlike other extensions, Pro AI Suite was intentionally designed to be fully private and fully local to protect your data.
Which AI platforms does this work on?
Gemini, ChatGPT, and Claude, fully, today. We’re open to adding more platforms in the future if our users want (if that’s you, let us know!).
Do I need to create an account?
No account is required for any of the core features. You don’t have to sign in or give us your email. Just download and install the extension from the Chrome Web Store, and you’re good to go.
What export formats are available?
Word, PDF, Image, Markdown, Text, and JSON out of the box totally free and without limits, plus ten developer-focused formats on Premium: code-to-ZIP, CSV/SQL table extraction, Jupyter Notebook, LaTeX, YAML, Obsidian, and HTML fragment.
Can I customize how my exports look?
Absolutely, in hundreds of ways if you like. We provide you with 15 built-in templates where you can choose the appearance and font of your documents, plus Premium features that enable you to create your own templates, upload header images and logos, and so much more!
What’s the difference between Free and Premium?
We designed Pro AI Suite to ensure it meets all your main exporting and productivity needs, with dozens of free features. What languages is Pro AI Suite available in?
Pro AI Suite’s interface is currently English only. We are actively working to include more languages soon!
Can I export just part of a conversation, not the whole thing?
Yes, absolutely! Select specific messages before exporting instead of the full chat. You can do this for free using the “Export Options” features we provide.
Does this work on long conversations?
Yes — Pro AI Suite is built to capture full conversations regardless of length. Keep in mind, however, that very long conversations might take a while to fully download, depending on your device.
How does sending one prompt to all three AI platforms work?
Type or grab a prompt in the AI Connect tab, choose which platforms to send it to, and Pro AI Suite opens and fills each one for you simultaneously. It’s super easy and useful!
I cancelled/refunded — why do I still see Premium features?
License status is re-checked periodically, not instantly — access should update within about a day.
