Pro AI Suite is a browser extension for exporting, connecting, and organizing your conversations on Gemini, ChatGPT, and Claude. This policy explains exactly what the extension does and does not do with your data.
WHAT WE DO NOT DO
We do not operate a server that receives, stores, or processes your conversations. We do not use analytics, tracking, or advertising of any kind. There is no account and no sign-up. We do not sell or share your data, and we never see it. Everything the extension reads stays in your own browser.
WHAT THE EXTENSION ACCESSES, AND WHY
Everything in this section is processed and stored on your own device. Chrome requires extensions to disclose what they handle even when nothing is transmitted, so this list is complete rather than limited to what leaves your device. What leaves your device is covered separately below.
- Conversation content on Gemini, ChatGPT, and Claude pages, read to build the export, search, or organizational feature you asked for. On Claude and ChatGPT, some exports fetch the conversation from the platform’s own API using the session you are already signed in to, instead of reading the page.
- A local search index. So that cross-platform search and Compare & Vote can find earlier conversations, the extension records the chats you open, along with their titles, and stores up to the first 2,000 characters of each message in your browser’s own local database. This happens automatically as you browse, with no separate save step.
- Screenshots of charts and interactive widgets. A chart drawn on a canvas cannot be read as text, so exporting one captures an image of the visible area of the tab you are exporting. This happens only during an export you have started.
- Images and charts from your conversations, when an export includes them.
- Your own settings and saved items: templates, colors, fonts, saved profiles, redaction settings, feature toggles, bookmarks, pinned chats, folders, prompt shortcuts, annotations, and trial or license state.
None of the above is transmitted to us or to anyone else.
YOUR DATA IS YOURS TO REMOVE
Settings contains Download My Data, which exports everything the extension has stored so you can keep your own copy, and Clear All Local Data, which erases it. Uninstalling the extension also causes Chrome to delete everything it has stored.
THE TWO TIMES THE EXTENSION CONTACTS A SERVER
License validation (Premium only). If you activate a Premium license key, the extension sends that key to Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor, to confirm it is valid, and re-checks it roughly once a day so that access reflects a cancelled or refunded purchase. What is sent is the license key and a generated identifier for the browser you activated on. Not your conversations, and nothing else. Lemon Squeezy’s own privacy policy governs that exchange can be accessed here.
Layout fix check. The AI platforms change the structure of their pages without notice, which can stop Pro AI Suite from reading a conversation correctly. To keep working when that happens, the extension downloads a small file from arcveron.com containing updated reading instructions. It is checked at most once an hour during ordinary use, and again if an export cannot find the conversation. The request sends nothing about you and nothing about your conversation, and the file is identical for every user. As with visiting any website, our host records the IP address and time of the request.
LIMITED USE OF YOUR DATA
Pro AI Suite’s handling of user data complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- We use the data described above only to provide the features you asked for. It is never used for any other purpose.
- We do not transfer your data to anyone. The single exception is the license key sent to Lemon Squeezy to validate a Premium purchase, described above.
- We never use or transfer your data for advertising of any kind, including personalized, re-targeted, or interest-based advertising.
- No human ever reads your data. We have no mechanism to, because it never reaches us.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
If what Pro AI Suite accesses or does ever changes, this page will be updated to reflect exactly what’s new before that change ships.
