Terms of Service — Pro AI Suite

These terms cover the Pro AI Suite browser extension specifically.

1. THE SERVICE
   Pro AI Suite is a browser extension, operated by ArcVeron Digital, providing tools to export, connect, and organize conversations on supported third-party AI platforms (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude). We are not affiliated with Google, OpenAI, or Anthropic.
2. ELIGIBILITY
   You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction if higher, to use Pro AI Suite. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. ACCOUNTS
   No account is required to use Pro AI Suite’s free features. A Premium license, once purchased, is tied to a license key rather than an account.
4. SUBSCRIPTIONS, LIFETIME PURCHASES, AND REFUNDS
   Premium is available as a monthly subscription, an annual subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase, processed by Lemon Squeezy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. 5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
   Pro AI Suite, including its software, design, branding, and all related intellectual property, is owned by ArcVeron Digital and its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the extension for your own personal or internal use. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Pro AI Suite to you. You retain all rights to your own AI conversation content and any documents you export using the Service.
   
   Trademarks and logos of third-party platforms referenced or displayed within the Service (including Gemini, ChatGPT, and Claude) are the property of their respective owners. Their use within Pro AI Suite is solely to identify compatibility with those platforms and does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by those owners.
   
   If you submit feedback or suggestions about the Service, you grant us an unrestricted, royalty-free right to use them in any way, without any obligation to you.
6. ACCEPTABLE USE
   You agree not to use Pro AI Suite to violate the terms of service of Gemini, ChatGPT, or Claude, or to redistribute, resell, or share a Premium license beyond the activation limit associated with your purchase.
7. AI-GENERATED CONTENT
   Pro AI Suite does not generate AI content itself. It helps you send prompts to, and format, export, and organize content generated by, third-party AI platforms (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude) — content created entirely by those platforms in response to your own prompts and actions. We do not create, review, verify, or vouch for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of any AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for how you use, share, or rely on any content generated by, or exported or organized through, the Service.
8. NO WARRANTY
   Pro AI Suite is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, especially where a supported AI platform changes its own page structure in ways that affect the extension’s functionality.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Pro AI Suite, its developer, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including without limitation loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising from or related to (a) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service; (b) any content exported, transmitted, or lost through the Service; (c) any conduct or content of any third party, including the AI platforms the Service integrates with; or (d) unauthorized access to or alteration of your data — whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
   
   Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars ($50).
   
   Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above exclusions or limitations may not apply, and you may have additional rights.
10. TERMINATION
    We may suspend or terminate your access to Pro AI Suite at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, including the Acceptable Use section above. If access is terminated for cause, any active Premium license may be revoked without refund, except where required by applicable law. You may stop using the Service at any time; see Section 4 for how this affects an active subscription.
11. GOVERNING LAW
    These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
12. GENERAL
    Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
    Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding Pro AI Suite, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
    Assignment: We may assign or transfer these Terms without restriction. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
13. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS SERVICE
    We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, including specific export formats, integrations, or features, at any time, with or without notice.
14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
    We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
